What is Vegandale Festival presents Poolside Patio Summer Sessions

It’s a curated socially distanced brunch and supper experience where guests can order food, drinks, and listen to music at Grand Bizarre Beach Club Restaurant. The date is every weekend in August starting on August 8th.

What is Grand Bizarre Beach Club Restaurant?

It’s more than just a socially distanced patio. This 67,000 sq. ft. the outdoor patio comes equipped with three large infinity pools and a capacity that ranges up to 500 seats for a full dining experience. Allow the luxurious pools, private cabanas, and dedicated staff, to complement the tone of the social eats and create an experience of a lifetime.

What is included with each package?
All packages include access into one of Toronto’s premier venues (67,000 sq foot patio), socially distanced designated seating, access to the pool with COVID-19 restrictions and a free Daiya frozen dessert bar for each person. Packages can only be purchased in groups of 2, 3, 4, and 6. *Hot food (appetizers, entrees) and drinks not included unless otherwise specified.
What is the location?

Grand Bizarre Beach Club – 15 Saskatchewan Rd. Toronto, ON, M6K 3C3. Located on the CNE grounds. 

What is the age requirements to enter the venue?
There is a 19+ minimum age requirement
Can I bring my kids and/or furry friends (i.e. dog)?
Unfortunately, no. This is a 19+ event, and sadly the patio is a no doggo zone.
What time should I arrive?
While a designated table is reserved for you throughout the duration of your seating, we encourage you to arrive as close to the beginning of your seating as possible.
How do you maintain social distancing?
We have a limited number of guests with all tables 6 feet apart from each other.
Do I have to wear a mask?

Although we suggest wearing a mask, guests are not required to wear one on the patio. Our staff will be required to wear a face covering at all times.

Can we use the pool?
Yes! You may enjoy the 3 infinity pools on-site. Social distancing protocol will be in place for those not sharing the same table.
Will there be towel service?
BYOT! If you are planning to use the pool, we encourage you to bring a towel. Towel service cannot be facilitated within COVID-19 health and safety protocol.
Are there change rooms on site?

On site bathrooms can be used for changing.

Will there be music?
Yes, there will be music curated by DJ’s.
What Are The Timings
Brunch is from 12pm-3:30pm and supper is from 4pm-8pm
Is the food fully vegan?
Yes, the menu is 100% vegan.
How do we order food and drinks?
All food orders and payment can be made directly at your table (instructions provided on-site when you arrive)
How much extra is it to eat?
Dishes will range in price from approximately $15-$20
What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments to order food but alcohol can be purchased with debit or credit.

Can I change the bottles that come with the bottle service package?

Yes, you can but if there is price difference, additional cost must be covered.

Is there nearby parking?
There is a Green P located across the street with adequate parking spaces for all guests.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are final sale and non refundable. Any Vegandale Poolside Patio Summer Series postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions can be transferred to the postponed date.
Is the series rain or shine?

Yes, the series will take place rain or shine. Be sure to pack sunscreen and a hat if it’s sunny, and any necessary rain attire if it’s going to rain.

What Covid-19 precautions will the venue be taking?
All vendors and venue staff will follow all health and covid 19 regulations set forth by the city of Toronto.
We will also be doing the following:
COVID 19 Cleaning
-All surfaces and chairs sanitized between seatings
-All common areas cleaned daily
-Menu available online
-All printed menus to be disinfected
-Contactless payments available
-All waitstaff to wear masks
-Sick staff prohibited in the workplace ·
